This invention relates to the ultrasonic surface treatment of small products for removing burrs, scale, and improved surface quality.
Ultrasonic surface treatment media are known that are aqueous suspensions of abrasives containing additives of glycerol or acids and other chemically active substances. The disadvantages of the known compositions are the low removal rate and the deterioration of the surface quality of the parts as a result of its hydrogen absorption. The purpose of the invention is to increase the removal rate in the absence of hydrogenation of the surface. The proposed formulation has sufficient viscosity and reusability. The composition differs from the known ones in that a polymer solution is used as the liquid phase, for example a solution of polyisobutylene in oil.
ч.:The recommended content of the components of the working environment, weight. including:
The crushed polyzobutylene is dissolved in petrolatum. The dried boron carbide powder is then introduced into the solution.
мер, на установке типа УЭВД-6 на частоте 18,5- 23,5 КГЦ при избыточном статическом давлении 4 кг/см-.The processing consists in sounding the parts placed in the indicated composition, for example, on an installation of the UEVD-6 type at a frequency of 18.5-23.5 KHZ with an excess static pressure of 4 kg / cm-.
