Известно устройство дл формировани конических бобин со скошенными торцами, содержащее мотальный барабанчик с замкнутой винтовой канавкой, свободно установленный на оси двуплечий подъемный рычаг, одно плечо которого св зано с державкой. Кроме того, оно содержит пластину с -профильным лазом и вход щий в паз палец.
