The invention relates to the development of copper-based alloys for the manufacture of temperature sensors.

A copper based alloy containing aluminum and cobalt is known.

Предложенный сплав отличаетс  от известного более высоким содержанием алюмини , что способствует упрочнению и достижению восстановлени  исходной формы издели  при нагреве после пластической деформации в интервале температур мартенситного превращени .The proposed alloy differs from the known higher aluminum content, which contributes to the hardening and achieving the restoration of the original shape of the product upon heating after plastic deformation in the temperature range of the martensitic transformation.

The proposed alloy has the following chemical composition,%:

Medyostalnoe.

From an alloy containing 14% aluminum and 3% cobalt, samples are made in the form of rods with a cross section of 0.6 mm × 1 mm, quenched from 900 ° C in 10% KOI solution and subjected to bending deformation at room temperature. The radius of curvature is 8.5-12 mm, which corresponds to a plastptic strain of 3.5-2.5%. Jagrev up to 220 ° C leads to almost complete straightening of the samples (restoration of their original form).
