Description

Изобретение отрюситс  к области нротезостроеии , а именно к протезам голени. Известны протезы, содержащие ЯСкусственпую стопу с задней т нкой-амортизаторО1М и буфером, гильзу голеии с опорной чашкой. Такие протезы неудобны тем, что в них отсутствуют необходимые во врем  ходьбы центральна  амортизаци  и бокова  подвижность голени относительпо стопы, исключаетс  возможность регулировани  амортизационных свойств буферных устройств npuMeiinтельно к индивидуальным особениост м протезируемого . Кроме того, наличие в дистальной части голени одноосного голеностопного шарнира, выполненного в виде стандартной серьги с гайкой, не позвол ет протезировать культи с укорочением меньше 6 см. Дл  нротезировани  больных с ампутированными культ ми при укорочении до 3 см в предлагаемом нротезе устанавливают жесткий каркас и соединительные стержни т пкиамортизатора и буфера. Опорна  чашка имеет ца передней и задней стороне два прилива , позврл юш,ие подвижно соедин ть гильзу голени со стопой с помоидью двух соедииительных стержней и т пок-амортизаторов. Буфер расположен в стоне возле чашки и выполнен с эластичными прокладами, например резиновыми. Примен ют металлическую стопу с облицовкой пенополиуретаном, позвол 1ош,ую носпть стандартную обувь, а вместо т желых стальных шин используют штамнованныи жесткий каркас из легких алюминиевых сплавов . На фиг. 1 схематически изображен предлагаемый протез голе;нн, продольный разрез; «а фнг. 2 - разрез но А-А на фиг. 1. Протез голепи содержит жесткий шталгиованный из металла каркас /, привареппый к металлической опорной чашке 2 с приливами, кожанную приемную гильзу 3, искусственную стону 4, резиновые прокладки 5 и 6. серьгу 7, т нки-амортизатор 8, соединнтельные стержни 9 и 10. Во врем  ходьбы на таком протезе обеспечиваетс  ограниченна  всесторонн   подвижность в голеностопном сочленении протеза. Центральна  амортизаци  осушествл етс  резиновой прокладкой 5, а регулировка жесткости прокладок и положени  стопы отиоснтельно голени-ввинчиванием или вывинчиванием стержией 9 и 10, которые предохран ютс  от самоотвинчива.ни  во врем  ходьбы гайкой //, нружиной «пластиной 12 и креиел ным винтом 13.
