Description
The existing vibration mechanisms for screening according to the type of oscillation generation are divided into two main types: mechanical and induction. In mechanical systems, vibration is achieved using a special percussion mechanism, which is set in oscillatory motion by an engine of any kind. In induction sieves, oscillations are obtained using an electrovibrator, oscillating with a variable magnetic flux of an induction coil. The second of these systems is the best, since it lacks the use of a daily mechanism that requires lubrication and repair. In the above systems, the vibratory motion of the vibrator is transmitted either to the frame or directly to the screen of the rumble. The transmission of oscillations directly to the web is the most expedient, since energy is not expended on bringing the frame of the screen, which often has a weight higher than the material, into the oscillation. The disadvantages of existing designs REFER THAT - WHAT
В виду того, что весthe sieve is oscillated in a plane perpendicular to the web and, thus, the whole mass of the poured material is simultaneously oscillated. In view of the fact that the weight

The material acts in the direction of vibrator vibrations; the use of a powerful electromagnet and high tensioning of the web is required, especially in the event of material overload.
In order to eliminate these drawbacks in the proposed vibrating roar, the vibrations are communicated to the tensioned, roar web in the plane of its structure, whereby only the web is vibrated and the screened material moves along the obliquely established web under the influence of gravity. In this way, it is meant to limit the expenditure of energy only to overcome the very insignificant inertia of the web and the vibrator and, moreover, due to the possibility of a weak tension of the sieve, to reduce the wear of the web,
In FIG. 1 is a side view of the screen; FIG. 2 - view it from above.
The screening material from the hopper 1 through the feeder 2 enters the screen 3 of the screen, attached to the two longitudinal strips 4 and stretched with the help of spacer bolts 5, while the other two sides of the canvas remain unsecured.
The longitudinal strips 4 blades with a gap for tensioning them are installed in the frame 6 of the screen, at one end of which
