Description
The invention relates to the field of gas separation from a fluid stream, in particular for the degassing of drilling mud when drilling wells.
A gas-liquid separator is known for separating gas from a liquid, comprising a housing, nozzles for introducing a gas-liquid mixture, liquid and gas outlet, and a baffle device made in the form of a vertical row of cones. However, the cones, but with which the drilling fluid flows down, have an insufficiently large surface. The residence time of the solution on them is small, so its degassing does not take place sufficiently. As the number of cones increases, the size and weight of the separator unnecessarily increase. In addition, the quality of purification of the separated gas in the known separator is not so high due to the fact that the gas evolved from the solution passes through a film of liquid flowing from the upper cones. At the moment of passing through this film, the gas breaks it. The resulting liquid droplets are carried away from the apparatus.
Дл улучшени степени дегазации жидкости и качества очистки газа в отражательном устройстве предложенного сепаратора дополнительно установлен горизонтальный р д конусов , большее основание которых направлено противоположно большим основани м вер|2To improve the degree of degassing of the liquid and the quality of gas cleaning in the reflective device of the proposed separator, a horizontal row of cones is additionally installed, the larger base of which is directed oppositely to the large base of the pipe | 2
тикального р да конусов, а конусы горизонтального и вертикального р дов снабжены отверсти ми и патрубками.ticking rows of cones, and the cones of the horizontal and vertical rows are provided with holes and nozzles.
The drawing shows the proposed separator, a longitudinal section.
The housing / is provided with nozzles 2-4 for introducing a gas-liquid mixture, an outlet for liquid and gas. In the housing, under the nozzle 2 of the gas-liquid mixture inlet, there is installed a reflective device made in the form of a vertical row of cones 5-8, as well as a horizontal row of cones 9, 10, the larger base of which is directed opposite to the large bases of the vertical
The cones of the horizontal and vertical rows are provided with apertures a and nozzles // for removal of gas released from the liquid. The cones in the reflective device are arranged in such a way that the upper layers with the adjacent lower parts form independent channels through which a multi-channel cascade discharge of liquid takes place.

При стекании последовательно по каждому из конусов выдел етс растворенный вnozzle 2 is fed to the separator. When leaving this nozzle, the solution is divided into two (or more) streams, one of which flows down the cones 5, 10, 7, and the other along the cones 6, 9, 8. When flowing sequentially along each of the cones, the dissolved in

Очищенный от газа буровой раствор с нижних конусов 7, 8 стекает Е нижнюю часть сепаратора , откуда через патрубок 3 выводитс на дальнейшую обработку. gas entering through the openings a and the nozzles 11 into the upper part of the separator and discharging through the nozzle 4 from the separator. The gas-cleared drilling mud from the lower cones 7, 8 flows down the lower part of the separator, from where it is brought to further processing through the pipe 3.
