Description
Тогда RX и RK можно вычислить из выражений /,/,- г (/ + /,) R,- /,The invention relates to a low-temperature measurement technique and can be used to create instruments for measuring very low resistances. Methods are known for measuring very low 5 resistances at helium temperatures, which allow to take into account contact resistances, based on measurements of the current supplying the circuit consisting of series-connected reference resistance and 10 input circuit of a null indicator and a parallel resistance connected to them, and the compensation current supplied to the null indicator, and once the supply current is supplied to the circuit so that the resistance of the contacts is turned on in series with the measured resistance leniem and once - in parallel, and the results of measuring resistance value was calculated. However, the known methods are characterized by a low measurement accuracy due to the dependence of the contact resistances on the magnitude of the supply current. To improve the measurement accuracy of the proposed method, the measured resistance and the contact resistance are connected in parallel to the supply current, the latter’s magnitude is chosen so that the part of it which responds to the zero indicator is equal to the compensation current, which is 30 in case of successive connection of the measured resistance and resistance to current. FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram for measuring low resistances; in fig. 2 - the corresponding equivalent circuit, where Ra is the reference sonotropy, R is the measured resistance, R and jRj are contact resistances and is the null indicator. Measurements of the proposed method are as follows. Some current (i) and a part of its (j) branching into the null indicator are fed to the points of the o-a, compensated by the current i supplied to the points with-to. The values of the currents / i p i, obtained at zero indicator readings, are too low. After these currents are turned off, the current r is added to the points c-c, and the current supplied to the points b-b then / 2 is adjusted so that a part of it / j, which is coupled to the zero-indicator, compensates the current / i-i i. With this method of measurement, a current of both value (/ 1-J) will flow through the contacts in both measurements and, therefore, the magnitude of the contact resistance will also have the same values in both cases. Then RX and RK can be calculated from the expressions /, /, - r (/ + /,) R, - /,
