Description

Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  отбора нроб зернистых материалов из сосудов и емкостей, работающих под давлением, без давлени , под вакуумом и при высоких температурах . Известно устройство дл  отбора проб зернистых материалов, имеющее корпус, в котором расположен щток, и сборник нроб. Однако в таком устройстве можег быть нарушена герметичность, что снижает его фективпость в работе. В предложенном устройстве корпус снабжен шибером, установленным па штоке и клапаном , установленным на конпе штока. Это позвол ет повысить эффективность устройства в работе. На чертеже изображено предложенное устройство, общий вид. В корпусе / устройства расположен шток 2. Устройство имеет также сборник 3 проб. Шпбер 4 установлен на штоке 2, на конце которого установлен клапан 5. Работает устройство следующим образом. Руко тку 6 поворачивают до упора в фикэфсатор 7. При этом совмещаютс  отверсти  шибера 4 и патрубка 8, и зернистый материал наполн с корпус /. Далее шпбер 4 поворотом руко тки 6 возвращают в исходное положеппе , и шибер 4 перекрывает патрубок 8. Нажат 1ем руко тки 9 поднимают шток 2, пшбер 4 и клапа 5, при это.м входное отверстие патрубка 8 остаетс  закрытым, а зернистый .материал попадает в сборник проб 3. Под действием пружины 10 шибер 4, шток 2 и клапан 5 возвращаютс  в исходное поло.кение.
