Description
The invention relates to enamel formulations for the protection of metal against corrosion and can be used to enamel household household utensils, sanitary ware, wall tiles and panels for interior and exterior walls of buildings. Known enamel, including SiO2, B2O3. ABOZ, ZrO2, ZnO, BaO, CaO, Na20. The purpose of the invention is to improve heat resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance. This is achieved by the fact that the enamel contains these components in the following amounts, wt. %: SiO2 19-25; B2O3 10-15; HOS 2-5; ZrO2 15-20; ZnO 10-15; BaO 1-3; CaO 2-4; NajO 13-15 and, in addition, Sar2 8-10; NasAlFe 2-4. The raw materials for obtaining enamel glass are: field feldspar, hydrofluoric spar, borax, soda ash, sodium nitrate, chalk, zircon, zinc oxide, barium nitrate, cryolite, sand. The original blender is ground, mixed and fritted at 1200 ° C. After granulation, the fritted enamel mass is subjected to wet grinding to a fineness corresponding to passage through sieve No. 0056. The resulting suspension is applied in the usual way to the primed metal surface, and then subjected to oigra at 800-850 ° C. The described enamel has the following properties: Thermal expansion coefficient a 20-400 ° C 105-110,10-7 Temperature size g600-650 ° C temperature Melting 750-800 ° C nor 75- 79% White 83-86% Glitter 700 -750 l-g / lm2 Microhardness In order to impart enamel to colored, pastel tangs, various non-organic pigments of domestic production are introduced in the amount of 3-5%. Colored cover enamels can also be obtained by introducing various dyes into the proposed ali,%: Copper oxide; color turquoise; 1-3 Nickel oxide light brown; Copper oxide - (2-5) - (1-3) nickel oxide is dark green11; 1-3 Cobalt oxide lilac
