Изобретение относитс  к станкоинстру ментальной промьштенности. Известны резцовые головки дл  нарезани  конических колес с круговыми зубь ми, у которых корпус с радиальными пазами под режущие элементы установ лен в Г-образной ступице. Резцы расположены в пазах перпендикул рно оси вращени  и закреплены с помощью к.пина и двух винтов. В известных головках крепление резцов не надежно, что создает при резании большие вибрации, сни жает производительность и стойкость резцов. С целью повышени  точности креплени режущих эле151ентов в предлагаемой голов ке эти элементы установлены под углом к оси вращени  головки. Боковые поверхности пазов выполнены ступенчатыми. На фиг. 1 показана предлагаема  головка , вид спереди;на фиг. 2 - то же, вид сверху. Корпус 1 голов: с радиальными пазами 2 под режущие элементы 3 расположен в массивной Г-образной ступице 4. Элементы 3 креп тс  в пазах 2 наклонно к оси вращени  головки с помощью клиньев 5, 6, 7, гайки 8 и винтов 9 и 10. При наклонной установке элементов 3 режущий элемент (резец) опускаетс  и прижимаетс  к корпусу 1 головки без дополнительного подстукивани , это сокращает врем  выверки элементов 3 в головке после заточки и обеспечивает более надежное и точное крепление элементов в корпусе. Дл  этого боковые поверхности 11 пазов выполнены ступенчатыми . With an inclined installation of the elements 3, the cutting element (cutter) is lowered and pressed against the body 1 of the head without additional tucking, this shortens the alignment time of the elements 3 in the head after sharpening and provides a more reliable and accurate mounting of the elements in the body.
