Description

There is a method of heat treatment of parts, providing insignificant values of induced residual stresses, including alignment of different thickness sections of the part, for example, by applying metal ilastins. Such a snozob does not provide the specified rate of cooling of the part during the heat treatment process, which may lead to deterioration of the mechanical properties and structure of the part material. Heat treatment of parts of complex configuration in this way is technologically difficult, since the manufacture and fitting of metal plates for such parts is an extremely laborious task. The aim of the invention is to provide a predetermined cooling rate, with the result that the magnitude of the induced residual stresses is significant, while maintaining optimal mechanical properties and a satisfactory metal structure. According to the invention, the alignment of the sections is carried out with the help of a bulk material of a given thermal conductivity. The part (the impeller of the radial centripetal turoyne, cast from JS-ZDK alloy) is placed in a container for heat treatment. The bulk material is packed in such a way that during the cooling process it is ensured that the temperature in the part is uniform. To determine the temperature mode of the part, the temperature difference between the massive and thin sections and the cooling rate are determined by calculation or experimentally. The alignment of the part in the process of cooling the heat treatment is achieved by reducing the cooling rate of thin parts of the part by increasing the thickness of the bulk material at this point by increasing the cooling rate of the massive parts by reducing the thickness of the bulk material. A given cooling rate is provided by selecting a bulk material with a given thermal conductivity. The subject of the method and method of cooling parts with complex configuration during heat treatment for c1P1 residual stresses by leveling different thickness sections, is characterized by the fact that, in order to ensure., ..
