Description
The disadvantage of the existing shuttles for weaving machines is to loosen the hook head while strengthening the spindle, since the latter has to be strengthened with 3-5 studs and also inserted into the hook head, which makes the hook extremely difficult. Further, the disadvantage is that when putting on and removing the cob from the spindle, it is necessary to overcome the resistance of the bow, which, when put on and removed, does not change its position at all, which makes it difficult to change the cob.
In the present invention, it is intended to eliminate the above drawbacks using only one stud and a simple spring to hold the two-part spindle component and to straighten the beam while putting on the cob.
In the schematic drawing of FIG. 1 shows the view of the proposed hook with the spindle lowered; FIG. 2-view of the shuttle with a raised spindle; FIG. 3 - view of the flat spring.
The proposed shuttle consists of a spindle consisting of two parts, i.e. a beam 2 and a spindle holder /. The beam 2 has a jumper 5. The spindle holder / is equipped with guides 4 for the beam 2. The integral spindle is placed on a metal or wood
4.hairpin 5. To maintain the spindle in its working position, a flat spring b is used, placed in the head of the shuttle 7 on the screw §. The spring on one side has a notch for a sink between the onion head and the guide 4.
The action of the shuttle is as follows. When putting on the cob, as well as when removing the cob, i.e., when the spindle is raised, the spring 6 with its slot at the end falls between the head of the beam 2 and guide 4 and thus pulls the bow and creates a light donning and removal of the cob.
Spring b due to its curvature during the entire work of the shuttle sufficiently presses and holds the spindle.
The subject matter of the invention.
Челнок дл ткацких станков с применением плоской пружины, прикрепленной к головке челнока дл удержани шпиндел в рабочем и нерабочем положении , отличающийс тем, что лучок 2 шпиндел 7 головкой поворотно укреплен на шпильке 5 дл нат жени его, с целью легкого надевани початка при западании конца пружины б между головкой лучка 2 и направл ющей 4 шпиндел .Shuttle for weaving machines using a flat spring attached to the head of the shuttle to hold the spindle in its working and non-working position, characterized in that the bow 2 of the spindle 7 is rotatably fixed to the stud 5 for tensioning it, in order to easily put on the cob when the end of the spring is tapping b between the onion head 2 and the 4 spindle guide.
