Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a hostage for building products, preferably fiberglass. It is known for building products, mainly glass fiber, including high alumina cement, gypsum and additives. The strength of glass cement decreases due to the corrosion of glass fiber in an alkaline medium created during the hardening of those given in the mold (pH 11-13). In addition, glass cement on these people is characterized by high water permeability (K cm cm1 cm sec-ati). The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of products. This is achieved by the fact that it contains, as an additive, a water-soluble mixture of furyl alcohol, hydrochloric aniline and calcium chloride at the following ratio of scientific-research institutes of components, weight%: Aluminous cement51-76 Two-water gypsum19-34 Furyl alcohol 3.5-11.2 Aniline hydrochloride , 6-2,0 Calcium chloride 0.9- 1.8 Furyl alcohol as a percentage of the weight of water 10-35, hydrochloric acid aniline 2.5-7.0, and calcium chloride 2-4 are added to the gateway water. When hardened, the said liquid phase composition is characterized by low pH values and does not actively influence the glass fiber. The use of the proposed binder provides an intensive increase in strength at the early stage of product hardening, increased impermeability, corrosion resistance and the absence of shrinkage deformations. Manufacturing technology for fiberglass products on the proposed in the following: Calcium chloride is added to the mixing water to prepare glass cement until it is completely dissolved. Then the aniline hydrochloride and the liquid are moved. Furyl alcohol is metered into a homogeneous liquid. Prepared liquid must be moved before feeding into the measuring tank. The order of loading the materials into the mortar should be as follows: pour the liquid into the mix, load the gypsum-alumina cement and transfer the mixture within 2-3.5 minutes. After polymer cement is prepared, it is applied in layers to pretreated fiberglass, with subsequent compaction of each layer by vibration.
