The invention relates to radio electronics and can be used in test equipment for production of 1 chip. Probe heads are known that contain an electrically insulating base and two rows of flat elastic buckling fixed in it. However, the known devices have a complex structure and unstable contact resistance. The proposed head is distinguished by the fact that a fixed, electrically insulating flat plate is located in it between the rows of contacts, and the working ends of the contacts are bent in the direction of the said plate and protrude beyond its end face by the magnitude of the working stroke. Figures 1 and 2 depict the proposed probe head. The head contains an elec- trogyole base 1, two rows of elastic contacts 2, between which there is an electrical insulation plate 3. The working ends 4 of the contacts 2 are bent and protrude beyond 5 plates 3 The dashed line is the image microcircuit 6 with terminals 7 on the movable support 8. Contacting takes place (see Fig. 2) as a result of movement of the support 8 (along the arrow). At the initial moment of contact of the working end 4 of contact 2 with the output of the microcircuit due to eccentricity (the point of application of force is displaced relative to the center of embedding of the upper end of the contact), the bend of the flat contact 2 with the boom ripo boom is only away from the plate 3. the contact force increases smoothly, not exceeding the required value. At the end of the working stroke, the end face 5 of the plate 3 rests on the leads 7, ensuring their fixation relative to the head, a constant amount of deformation of the contacts 2 and a stable contact force. As a result, we obtain reliable contact and stable contact resistance. The invention of a probe head containing an electrically insulating base and two rows of flat
