Description
Изобретение относитс к металлургии, конкретнее к автоматизации кислородноконвертерного процесса. Известен способ определени уровн ванны в процессе продувки металла в кислородном конвертере. Дл . этой цели используют вспомогательную форму со звуковым генератором. Уровень шлака в конвертере определ ют по интенсивности и частоте регистрируемого шума с учетом положени основной и вспомогательной фурмы в конвертере. Цель изобретени - увеличение точности контрол уровн ванны в кислородном конвертере . Предлагаемый способ отличаетс от известного тем, что уровень ванны определ ют по логарифму от1но,шенн. звуковых давлений иа частотах 1,8-2,2 и 3,3-3,7 кгц в соотношении: b(fl-f) Яв - уровень ванны, м; Яф - положение фурмы относительно зеркала спокойного металла, м; Р и РЧ - звуковое давление на частоте и соответственно 1, h - частоты, на которых измер ют соответствующие звуковые давлени , герц.; b - посто нный коэффициент. Звук измер ют микрофоном, установленным вблизи горловины KOHBejnepa. Полученный сигнал преобразуют в усилителе, узкополосиых фильтрах и вычислительном устройстве , после чего подают на вторичный прибор. Применение предлагаемого способа позвол ет увеличить точность контрол и отказатьс от вспомогательной фурмы. The resulting signal is converted into an amplifier, narrow-band filters and a computing device, and then fed to a secondary device. The application of the proposed method allows to increase the accuracy of the control and to refuse the auxiliary tuyere. The subject of the invention is a method for monitoring the level of a vain in an oxygen converter, including measuring the sound pressure occurring during the converter purge period, characterized in that, in order to increase the control accuracy, the bath level is determined by the logarithm of the sound pressure ratio at 1.8-2.2 and 3.3-3.7 kHz.
