This invention relates to a process for the production of phosphoric acid from phosphate raw materials.
A known method of producing phosphoric acid by decomposing phosphate raw materials with phosphoric acid to obtain a saturated and supersaturated solution of monocalcium phosphate, followed by removing insoluble impurities from the solution, crystallization of monocalcium phosphate, which is then converted into phosphoric acid by treatment with cation exchange resin.
The disadvantage of this method is the low concentration of myocalycium phosphate B solution obtained after treatment of phosphate raw materials with phosphoric acid.
In order to intensify the process, a method for the production of phosphoric acid is proposed, in which phosphoric acid saturated OR supersaturated with monocalcium phosphate is used to decompose phosphate raw materials.
Через некоторое врем образуютс кристаллы монокальцийфосфата .Example 1. 240 g of apatite of the following composition (in%): 39.6 PaOs; 49.1 CaO; 2.6 RegOz; 2.4 SiOs; 1.13 ABOz and 2.7 F are introduced into 3000 ml of 65% phosphoric acid of technical quality at 100 ° C and under stirring. At the same time, air is blown through the solution to remove hydrogen fluoride. After some time, monocalcium phosphate crystals form.
To the supersaturated solution of monocalcium phosphate in phosphoric acid thus formed, an additional 100 g of apatite and a stoichiometric amount of 55% by weight HzRO4 are added to the decomposition tank. The temperature in the decomposition tank is maintained at 100 ° C and the solution is continuously stirred. 0: in the first stage, the copolycium phosphate copolymerization process was transferred in portions of 500 ml a.3 of the tank for decomposition into a settling tank and left to stand for a short time at a temperature of 95 ° C in order to settle the coarse, undecomposed impurities, and
Предмет изобретени Способ получени фосфорной кислоты путем разложени фосфатного сырь фосфорной кислотой с получением насыщенного и пересыщ ,енного раствора монокальцийфосфата с последующим удалением нерастворимых примесей из раствора, кристаллизацией монокальцийфосфата и превращением его в фосфорную кислоту обработкой катионитом, отличающийс тем, что, с целью интенсификации процесса, при разложении фосфатного сырь используют фосфорную кислоту, насыщенную или пересыщенную монокальцийфосфатом .the suspension is then transferred to a crystallization tank, where further crystal formation occurs at a temperature of 85 ° C. The material from the crystallization tank is filtered through a filter bar of sintered glass particles and washed. As a washing solution, 55% phosphoric acid was used, which had previously been saturated with monocalcium phosphate. The washed and dried monocalcium phosphate crystals contain 12% free HzP04. 3 Dovex 50 WX-8 (a copolymer of styrene-divinylbenzene containing SOsNA groups) in a very pure phosphoric acid. The mother liquor and the washing liquid, which are drained from the filter, are diverted to the decomposition tank. The withdrawn liquid contains approximately the amount of HsRO that is necessary for the decomposition of apatite. The solution is almost completely saturated with monocalcium phosphate. If the decomposition of apatite with this solution is carried out, the formation of monocalcium phosphate crystals begins almost immediately with the start of the decomposition reaction. A total of 22 similar cycles were worked out. It was spent: 55% NzR04 1329 ml; Н20 2145 ml (evaporation loss recovery); apatite 544 g. Monocalcium phosphate Ca (H2PO4) 2H2O was obtained: 817.86 g (wet) and 720.26 g (dry). In addition, an unspecified amount of monocalcium phosphate is contained in the mother liquor. The amount of the solution of the cycle is 3000 ml, and thus it corresponds to the amount of 65% phosphoric acid introduced at the beginning. In each cycle after crystallization of monocalcium phosphate, some decomposed solution is separated to recover accumulated primes, such as iron, aluminum, lead, etc. The separated amount of the decomposed solution is 1836 ml. It is replaced by an appropriate amount of phosphoric acid with a content of 65% by weight HzRO4. The content of the settling tank consists of coarse insoluble impurities of apatite in the amount of 8.1 g. The content of P205 cannot be established. Example 2. 2000 ml of 75% by weight phosphoric acid, which has already been used for the preparation of monocalcium phosphate, are heated to 100 ° C with continuous stirring. After the solution is heated to the treatment temperature, continuous air is blown through the solution to remove volatile fluoride. The mother liquor obtained in this way is used as a reaction medium to which 100 g of an concentrate of apatite obtained from a magnetically apatite ore containing (in%): 39.60 RgO3; 50.08 CaO; 4.34 SiO2; 0.08 ABOz; 1.75 soluble in hydrochloric acid Fe; 2.72 F, and 55% w / w HzRO4 are treated with apatite to produce monocalcium phosphate. Acid consumption 72.2 ml. The mono-calcium phosphate suspension is poured in 500 ml portions of the mother liquor into a settling tank, where the undissolved solids (mainly silica) are deposited. Then the suspension is transferred to the second cut, a rvoir, in which monocalcium phosphate is further crystallized at a temperature of 89 ° C. Monocalcium phosphate crystals are filtered on a sintered glass filter partition and washed. 75% by weight of phosphoric acid, which was previously saturated with technical monocalcium phosphate, is used as a washing liquid. After dilution to a content of 55%, the washing liquid is withdrawn back into the | tank to decompose the ore and recover the acid consumed in the preparation of monocalcium phosphate. Dilution to 55% is carried out to compensate for the loss of water due to evaporation. When filtering, 189 g of monocalcium phosphate with 12% of its own (3 single phosphoric acid) are obtained. Portions of 14 g of monocalcium phosphate are dissolved, respectively; in 58 ml of 30, 35, 40 and 45% 1PO weight of phosphoric acid of technical quality. The resulting solutions result in a CO-touch with 56 ml of Dowex 500 WX-8 type H-ion exchange resin. Acids are washed out with water to a pH value of 6.0 and the eluates are tested on H3PO4. The acid concentrations are respectively 33, 38, 45 and 48.5% by weight. Method of Phosphoric Acid Production by Decomposing Phosphate Phosphate Raw Material acid to produce a saturated and supersaturated mono-calcium phosphate solution, followed by removing insoluble impurities from the solution, crystallizing mono-calcium phosphate and converting it into phosphoric acid by treatment with cationite, which in order to intensify the process, when phosphate raw material is decomposed, phosphoric acid is used, saturated or supersaturated monocalcium phosphate.
