Description
The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used, in particular, in air brakes. Brake discs consisting of a steel frame and segments of heat absorbing material, such as beryllium, are known. The beryllium segments are mechanically fastened or beryllium is poured into the grooves formed in the side noBepxHOCTiH of the frame. However, the manufacture of such disks is difficult. In addition, the proportion of building volume in the construction of the disk used as a heat sink does not exceed 0.5. The purpose of the invention is simplicity of manufacture, energy consumption and ease of a disk. For this, the skeleton is made in the form of a flat ring with radial protrusions of its "end faces", between which segments are placed. Radial protrusions are intermittent. FIG. 1 shows the proposed disc. iB plan; Ia Fig 2 - the same, variait; 1 to FIG. 3 is a section along A-A in FIG. 2. The disk consists of a frame 1 made of high-strength heat-resistant material, for example, titanium alloy VT-12. Burley segments have a protective coating applied over their entire surface, and a friction coating applied from the side of the friction plane. Radial slots 4 are made in the protrusions on the side of the inner or outer diameter of the disk, to reduce the amount of temperature change during operation. K arkas has a minimum thickness, based on considerations of permissible strength. The projections 2 can be made intermittent (see Fig. 2). This brake disc design allows the use of 68-70% of the construction volume of the beryllium disc. Object of the Invention made in the form of a flat ring.
