Description
This invention relates to methods for producing a mixture of nitrogen-phosphate fertilizers widely used in agriculture.
A method of producing complex nitrogen-phosphate fertilizers, such as ammophos, is known by neutralizing phosphoric acid with gaseous ammonia.
The proposed method is characterized in that the phosphoric acid is premixed with natural phosphate. This improves the quality of the product while reducing the cost of the process.
Этот прием позвол ет сократить на 8-12% расход фосфорной кислоты и улучшает качество продукта .According to the proposed method, the chemical energy of phosphoric acid supplied to ammonization is partially used for the decomposition of natural phosphates (apatite concentrate or phosphate). Thus, in ammophos, part of the PF0 of phosphoric acid is replaced with P2O5 of natural phosphate. The amount of natural phosphate fed to the dissolution is calculated using the Ca-PjOo-H2O system solubility diagram under appropriate temperature and concentration conditions, it also depends on the quality of the starting components (acid and phosphate). This technique reduces the consumption of phosphoric acid by 8-12% and improves the quality of the product.
1%.Example. In a 1 liter reactor equipped with a stirrer, 700 ml of phosphoric acid are stirred, heated to 70 ° C and a weight of 90 g of phosphate containing 28.1% of P2O5 and 43.1% of CaO is dissolved in it. The dissolution process lasts 1 hour. The resulting solution is gradually neutralized by bubbling ammonia through it to pH 5.5. The resulting pulp is mixed with a pre-prepared retur, dried at 90 ° C to a moisture content of 1%. The product has good physical and mechanical properties and has the following composition,%: P2O5 is total 45.7; P2Oo digestible 44.9; P2O5 water 30.1; N 8.2; moisture 1%.
