Description
The invention relates to methods for producing new unsaturated esters, namely, 7-chloropropenyl esters, which are reactive compounds that can be used in various syntheses and as a raw material for the preparation of fragrant, physiologically active and other substances, as well as polymeric materials.
The proposed method consists in the fact that carboxylic acid chlorides are condensed with acrolein in the presence of aluminum chloride at a temperature not higher than 0 ° C (preferably (-20 ° C) - (-30 ° C). Target products are isolated by known methods.
1,4560; d 1512.Example 1. To a suspension of 140 g (1.05 mol of aluminum chloride in 125 ml of dichloroethane, 78.5 g (1 mol) of acetyl chloride are added dropwise with stirring, and then 56 g (1 mol) of acrolein. Feed these components adjust so that when cooled with dry ice in butyl alcohol, the temperature of the reaction mixture is maintained within (-30 ° C) - (- 20 ° C) (the reaction is exometric). Then the reaction mass is further stirred at these temperatures for 1-2 hours, after which it is poured onto ice. The lower dichloroethane layer after washing with water, drying it with rnokislym magnesium, distilling off the solvent was subjected to vacuum distillation under nitrogen Obtained 97.2 g (yield 72.3%) of the condensate with the following characteristics: Boiling point 52-55 ° SA1SH; 1,4560; d 1512..

To prove the presence of the ester moiety, the compounds obtained are subjected to acid hydrolysis, for which 26.9 g of this compound is mixed with 100 ml of a 10% solution of sulfuric acid and the mixture is heated on a water bath. At the same time, 8.7 g of acrolein, the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone of which was melted at 163-164 ° C, was distilled off.
Example 2. To a suspension of 70 g (0.525 mol) of aluminum chloride in 100 liters of dichloroethane are added dropwise with stirring.
66,25 г (0,5 моль) хлоргангидрида циклопентанкарбоновой кислоты и 28 г акролеина (при (-25°С) - (-20°С). Реакционную массу дополнительно перемешивают в течение 1 час и затем выливают на лед. Нижний дихлорэтараствором соды, снова водой, сушки сернокислым магнием, отгонки растворител подвергают вакуумной перегонке в среде азота. Было получено 38,9 г (выход 41,3%) конденсата со следующими показател ми: Ткип 105-110°С/3 л« , ttj° 1,4630; df 1,1402;66.25 g (0.5 mol) of cyclopentane carboxylic acid chlorohydride and 28 g of acrolein (at (-25 ° C) - (-20 ° C). The reaction mass is further stirred for 1 hour and then poured onto ice. Sodium chloride , again with water, drying with magnesium sulfate, distilling off the solvent is subjected to vacuum distillation in a nitrogen atmosphere. 38.9 g (yield 41.3%) of condensate were obtained with the following indicators: Pump boil 105-110 ° C / 3 liter, ttj ° 1 , 4630; df 1.1402;

162- The presence of the ester moiety is determined by acid hydrolysis of the resulting compound. A mixture of 18.85 g of the obtained compound and 100 ml of a 10% aqueous solution of sulfuric acid is heated in a water bath. In this, 3.28 g of acrolein, with 2,4-diitrophenyl hydrazone which melts at 162-, was distilled off.
