Description

Известны самоподъомные краны, содержащие стрелу с, противовесной консолью , башнюf опирающуюс  на ригели каркаса здани  посредстве опорной рамы, и монтажную стойку, установлен ную вдоль башни, Цель изобретени  - возможность вы движени  опорной части башни вшае каркаса здани . Дл  этого на нижнем конце монтажной стойки предлагаэ юго крана смонтирована опорна  рама, опи рающа с  на ригели каркаса здани . Опорные рамы бсшни и монтажной стойки могут быть выполнены с аутригерами . На фиг, 1 изображен предлагаемый кран, вид; на фиг. 2-4 - процесс перзстановки крана с этажа на этаж; на фиг. 5 - вьщвижение башни крана при его ди« онтаже выше уровн  каркаса здани ; на фиг, б - расположёйИе в плане опорных несимметричных рам башни и монтажной стойки; на фиг. 7 - схема запасовки канатов монтажной лебедки., Кран содержит стрелу 1,противовес ную консоль 2, башню 3, закрепленную на несимметричной раме 4 и опирающую с  на ригели каркаса здани , монтажную стойку 5 с собственной несимметричной рамой 6, также опирающейс  на ригели каркаса здани . Верхн   секци  башни 3 имеет ролики 7, обхватывающие стойки 5. Подъем башни 3 и стойки 5 производитс  монтажной лебедкой 8, Рама 4 бгилни 3 состоит из каркаса-9 и поворотных аутригеров.10, опирающимис  во врем  работы крана на ригели каркаса здани , а рама 6 стойки 5 - из каркаса 11 и поворотных аутригеров 12. В нижней части стойки 5 расположена лебедка 8, включаквца  электродвигатель 13, тормоз 14, редуктор 15, промежуточный вал 16. По последнему с помощью руко тки 17 передвигаетс  приводна  шестерн , вход ща  в зацепление с ведомыми шестерн ми большого и малого барабанов 18 и 19 лебедки. При этом на барабан 18 наматываетс  канат 20 полиспаста, служащего дл  подъема башни и поворотной части крана , а на малый барабан 19 - канат подъема стойки 5. Процесс перестановки крана с одного уровн  каркаса здани  на другой (через один этаж) происходит в следущей последовательности: после того, как смонтированы очередные два этажа каркаса здани , стойка 5 с помощью лебедки 8, переключенной на работу барабаном 19, поднимаетс  на следующий уровень ее установки (через один этаж). Перед этим аутригеры 12 каркаса 11 освобождаютс  от закреплени  к каркасу здани  и разворачиваютс  в положение, позвол юваее им проходить мимо ригелей каркаса здани .
