Description

Изобретение относитс  к области пайки, в частности к способу припайки спиральных ребер к трубе. Известен способ пайки деталей, при котором припой подают в зону пайки транспор тирующим элементом, например проволокой, и нагревают узел до температуры пайки. Предлагаемый способ отличаетс  от иэвестного тем, что, с целью обеспечени  одновременного поступательно-вращательного перемещени  трубы под пайку транспортирующий элемент перемещают с одного барабана на другой, обеспечива  охватыв ние с нат гом трубы между спиральными ре рами. Способ иллюстрируетс  чертежом. Спираль 1 поперечно-винтового оребрени , котора  при данном способе креплени  может изготавливатьс  любым из известных методов (навивкой из ленты, точением подрезкой и т, д.), насаживают на участок оребр емой трубы 2, с которого начинаетс  процесс оребрени , т. е. насаживают у любого конца трубы, отступа  от него на рас . сто ние, примерно равное толщине трубной доски. Затем трубу охватывают с нат гом спиральной одно- или многовитковой петлей 3 транспортирующего элемента 4. При этом транспортирующий элемент перемещают в направлении, обеспечивающем захват петлей транспортирующего элемента -витков спирали оребрени . Нат г петли вокруг трубы может достигатьс , например,торможением колодкой 5 какатущки 6, с которой происходит сматывание рабочей поверхности транспортирующего элемента . Дл  осуществлени  предлагаемого способа может быть примененлюбой транспортирующий элемент (из проволоки, троса, ленты и т. д.) с достаточно больщой длиной рабочей поверхности, работающий по принципу перемотки этой поверхности с одной.катушки 6 на другую катущку 7, или транспортируюций элемент с бесконечно длинной (замкнутой ) рабочей поверхностью 8. For the implementation of the proposed method, any transporting element (from wire, cable, tape, etc.) with a sufficiently large working surface length, operating on the principle of rewinding this surface from one coil 6 to another coil 7, or a transporting element with infinitely a long (closed) working surface 8. The choice of one or another constructive solution is not crucial.
