Description

Изобретение относитс  к приспособлени м дл  временного креплени  башенных кранов к стенке здани . Известны приспособлени  дл  креп лени  башни крана, содержащие подко сы с узлами креплени . Цель изобретени  - разгрузка по  сов башни от местного крут щего момента. Это достигаетс  тем, что подкосы соединены с башней рамкой, на ко торой установлены центрирующие штыри, св занные с элементами креплени  секций башни между собой. Дл  облегчени  и ускорени  монтажа в элементах креплени  крепежные отверсти  в косынках подкосов выполнены в виде дуговых пазов. На фиг. 1 изображен кран, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - приспособление дл  креплени  башни крана с стене здани , общий вид; на фиг. 3 - разрез по стыку по са башни; на фиг. 4 узел креплени  подкосов к по су баш ни. Подкосы 3 соединены с рамкой 4 при ПОМОЩИ центрирующих штырей 5, При этом штырь 5 рамки имеет отверстие, в которое входит центрирующий элемент :6 нижней секции 7 башни, а верхн   часть штыр  5 ВХОДИТ В отверстие верхней секции 8. Там, где рамка 4 не соединена с подкосами 3 дл  обеспечени  соблюдени  вертикальной оси башни приварена планка 9. Подкосы 3 (см. фиг; 4) св заны с центрирующими штыр ми 5 рамки косынками 10, имеющими ПОМИМО центрального отверсти  дуговые пазы, в последние вход т стыковые болты 11, соедин ющие элементы, , заключенные между .фланцами нижней И.верхней секций. При установке креплени  к зданию в башне крана одним из известных методов наращивани  ее отдельными секци ми образуетс  проем, в который должна заводитьс  очередна  секци  башни. На верхних; фланцах этой секции крепитс  рамка 4. После установки ЭТОЙ секции на смонтированной ранее нижней части башни на центрирующие штыри Ь рамки накладываютс  подкосы 3. При этом за счет поворота вокруг штыр  5 обеспечивают соединение подкоса с элементами креплени  к зданию. Затем опускаетс  верхн   часть башни и фланцы вместе с элементами,; наход щимис  между ними, соедин ютс  стыковыми болтами, В св зи с тем, что ось подкоса проходит через ось по с башни за счет нгшичи  центрирующего штыр ,- то возникающие в подкосах усили  не вызывают, крут щего момента/ воздействующего на по с башни.The invention relates to devices for the temporary attachment of tower cranes to the wall of a building.
