Предлагаемый способ синтеза аренсульфоиилоксамидов в литературе не описан и по сравнению с известным способом имеет более широкие границы применени и более нерспективен .The proposed method for the synthesis of arenesulfo-iloxamides is not described in the literature and, as compared with the known method, has broader application limits and is more unpromising.
The reaction products, arenesulfonyloxamides, are crystalline substances that are not soluble in water, soluble in common organic solvents and aqueous alkalis.
Example. Preparation of substituted amnesulfonyl oxamic acid amides.
To the Grignard reagent, obtained from 0.02 mol of magnesium, 0.02 mol of methyl bromide Arensulfonyloxamides
10 ml of absolute diethyl ether, 10 ml of methanol and 0.01 mol of arensulfamide are successively added with o.cooled cooling. The mixture is heated on a water bath for 10 minutes and 0.01 mol of N-substituted oxamic acid ester is added. The mixture is heated for 1 hour, the diethyl ether is distilled off and most of the methanol is cooled and decomposed with 5% hydrochloric acid. The precipitate is filtered off, washed with water, dried and crystallized.
RProperties of the products obtained are listed in the table. R
Изобретение относитс к способу получени аренсульфонилоксамидов, которые представл ют собой перспективные гипогликемические соединени .This invention relates to a process for the preparation of areensulfonyloxamides, which are promising hypoglycemic compounds.
50-77%.A known method for the preparation of arenesulfonyl oxamides, which consists in that the esters of arenesulfonyloxamic acids is reacted with a primary amine, followed by isolation of the target product by a known method. The yield of the target product 50-77%.
However, this method does not allow the preparation of tertiary amides of arenesulfonyloxamic acid.
For the purpose of newer output and expansion of the range of target products, a method is proposed for the preparation of arenesulfonyloxamides by the interaction of arenesulfonyloxamic acid ester with M, M-bis (halomagnesium) -aren sulfamide. M, M-Bis (halomagnesium) -arensulfonamides are strong nucleophiles and provide education in high yields (up to 90% or more)
только первичных и вторичных, но и третичных амидов аренсульфонилоксаминовых кислот .only primary and secondary, but also tertiary amides of arenesulfonyloxamic acids.
The reaction proceeds according to the following schemes:
