Изобретение касаетс станка дл изготовлени пластинок, вход щих в состав дерев нных складных метров, снабженного подающими и гладильными вальцами и р дом круглых пил на общей оси дл разделени заготовки на полосы. В предлагаемом станке применены две каретки, из которых одна несет наждачные шлифовальные бруски дл предварительной и чистой отделки боковых граней полос, выход щих из-под .пил и гладильных вальцев, а втора каретка несет пилы дл поперечного перерезани отшлифованных полос на пластинки требуемой длины, а также снабжена резцами дл предварительной и чистой обработки торцов пластинок и сверлами дл Ьысверливани в пластинках отвер- стий, причем подача пластинок к резцам и сверлам осуществл етс путем перемещени пластинйк лапками, св занными с передвижным по, боковым част м каретки валом или стержнем.The invention relates to a machine for the production of plates included in the composition of wooden folding meters, equipped with feed and ironing rollers and a series of circular saws on a common axis for dividing the workpiece into strips.
