Известны устройства с применением сеток дл массового жарени рыбы или овощей. В предлагаемом устройстве, у печи дл жарени установлен жолоб, с целью отекани в него жира, с расположенными над жолобом сетками и за .слонкой дл отделени фузы, осадившейс на сетках во врем жарени рыбы или овощей.. Devices are known using nets for mass frying of fish or vegetables. In the proposed device, a frenest is installed in the roasting oven, with the purpose of swelling fat into it, with nets placed above the chola and a slone for separating the fuza deposited on the nets during frying of fish or vegetables.
