Изобретение относитс  к способам приготовлени  смешанных растворов хлоридов титана и циркони , используемых в производстве титаноиирконатов металлов, т. е. в производстве материалов дл  радиоэлектроники. Известны способы приготовлени  указанных растворов, по которым отдельно готов т водные растворы тетрахлорида титана и хлороокиси циркони , после чего эти растворы смешивают в заданном соотношении.Known methods for preparing these solutions, by which aqueous solutions of titanium tetrachloride and zirconium oxide are prepared separately, after which these solutions are mixed in a predetermined ratio.

Полученную смесь перемешивают 30- 40 мин, получа  конечный продукт. Последний исиользуетс  дл  получени  материалов состава ZrTiO4, Pbo,95Sro,o5 (Zro,53Tio,47)O3 и других , причем материалы получают по методу совместного осаждени . Материалы и изготовленна  из них керамика отвечают существующим требовани м.Example.
