Description
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the search for resistance alloys. A known alloy of resistance on a nickel base containing chromium, vanadium, gallium, copper. The disadvantage of the alloy is low electrical properties (electrical resistance and temperature coefficient of resistance) and low manufacturability. The purpose of the invention is to obtain an alloy with higher electrical values. properties and adaptability. For this, germanium is introduced into the alloy in the following ratio of components,%: Chromium Gallium Germanium 0.1-3.0 Nickel Else The alloy can contain up to 5% cobalt and up to 5% iron. The properties of the alloy after thermal treatment according to the mode: annealing at 1000 ° C, followed by tempering at 600 ° - cooling in air. р 1.4-1.6 ohm-mmHm, ai5-ioo ° ± 1Х10-М / гата, TDSV iB pair with copper 0.5 µV / ° С. The high plastic properties of the alloy make it possible to obtain a wire with a diameter of 10 microns from it. Improved electrical characteristics of the alloy reduce the dimensions of the devices, increase the measurement accuracy and reliability of the devices during their operation. Object of the Invention Nickel-based resistance alloy containing chromium and gallium, characterized in that, in order to improve electrical properties and processability, germanium is introduced into it in the following ratio of components. Hrom15-25 Gallium6-15 Germanium0,1-3,0 NickelEmost
