Предлагаемое изобретение касаетс  снабженного поворотным коммутатором устройства, служащего дл  преобразовани  посто нного тока одного напр жени  в посто нный ток другого напр жени  по известному способу чередующегос  соединени  конденсаторов на параллельное между собой и с источником посто нного тока преобразуемого напр жени  и последювательного соединени  их между собой W с приемником посто нного и преобразованного напр жени .
