Description

The invention relates to a drying technique. In auth. No. 222244 describes a method for drying capillary-porous materials, such as sawn timber, heating the submerged material to be submerged in the electrodes and maintaining the water temperature below the temperature of the material being dried using a heat exchanger.

The purpose of the invention is to intensify the drying process. To do this, the material is heated to 90-100 ° C in water, then heating is continued in air (gas) environment at 105 -13 ° C until the moisture content of the material decreases to 20-ZO%, after which the heating process in water and air (gas) environment is repeated yut.

Drying is carried out as follows.

A material, such as a hardwood, placed between the electrodes, is dipped into water. Then the water with this material is gradually heated to 60-85 ° C. Upon reaching this temperature, the electrodes are connected to an alternating current source and the heat exchanger is turned on so that the water temperature is all the time below the material temperature.

Затем его вновь погружают в воду и цикл повтор ют до получени  требуемой влажности .The material is uniformly heated and at a temperature of 9 ° -1OO ° C it is transferred from the tank with water to the chamber, where heated air or gas circulates at a temperature of 105-130 C. There the material is up to a residual moisture content of 20 - 30%. It is then immersed in water again and the cycle is repeated until the desired humidity is obtained.
