Description

35-40Polyethylene polyamine based epoxy resin masses are known for making molds, for example, for an abrasive tool like a gear hone. However, molds based on known masses require application of a special lubricating layer to the working surface, which increases the laboriousness of making an abrasive tool and reduces its accuracy. The aim of the invention is to prevent the product from adhering to the mold. This is achieved by introducing grease into the mass. The mold is manufactured according to a metal master model that is installed in place of the hub hub on the centering mandrel. For mold casting, the components are taken in the following ratio, weight. %: epoxy resin "ED-5 45-50, polyethylene polyamine and grease" TsIATIM-201 35-40. Introduced lubricant, migrating from the main mass of the material, forms on the surface of the form a continuous thin lubricating film preventing the tool from adhering to the form. Object of the Invention A mass based on epoxy resin with polyethylene polyamine for the manufacture of a mold, for example, for an abrasive tool such as a gear hone, characterized in that, in order to prevent the product from adhering to the mold, a consistent lubricant is introduced into the mass, weight. %: Epoxy resin 45-50 Polyethylenepolyamine 10-15 Grease35-40
