Изобретение относитс  к составу глазури, примен емой в производстве фа нсовых изделий , полученных методом пластического формовани  или литьевым способом. Известна глазурь, включающа  SiOg, , СаО, MgO, SrO, ZnO, КгО, NaaO, F& OzЦель изобретени  - повысить механическую прочность покрыти . Достигаетс  это тем, что глазурь содержит указанные компоненты в следующих количествах (в вас. %): SiOa 57-52,А120з 9-11,СаО 7-7,5, MgO 1-2,5, SrO 7-8, ZnO 3,5-5, К20 1-2, NaO 6,5-7, FeaOa 0,1-0,3. Описываема  глазурь - фриттованна . Температура фриттовани  1320-1350°С. При помоле в глазурь добавл ют 7,5% необожженного каолина дл  поддержани  глазурного шликера во взвешенном состо щий. Состав шихты глазури следующий (в вес. %): 39,0-40,1 Пегматит 17,7-18,0 Кварцевый песок 7,5- 8,0 Доломит 6,1 Мел 12,4-13,9 Углекислый стронций 5,2- 7,0 Сода кальцинированна  Череп фа нсовый политой Окись цинка Глазурь хорошо согласуетс  р 1140-1230°С, характеризуетс  зеркальм блеском и разливом, -имеет хорошую хиическую стойкость и Повышенную твердость. Глазурь обладает следу:ош,ими свойствами: Термостойкость глазурованных изделий теплосмен 7,32-10-6 /град Коэффициент линейного термического расшире1НИЯ в интервале 20- 400°С МИкротвердость, кг/Л1М1 ,532+0,001 Показатель преломлени  Интервал плавлени , °С 1140-1230 760- 820 Температура муфельного обжига, °С Обжиг глазурованных изделий .необходимо сти в окислительной среде.
