Description
The known methods of applying a printed circuit pattern using automated devices do not provide high quality images and image acquisition of any configuration. In the proposed method, the possibility of obtaining an image of any configuration with high quality is achieved by the fact that images of printed wiring elements are formed at the output end of the light guide by acting on the input ends with a luminous flux according to a predetermined program. The method of applying the printed circuit pattern is as follows. A resting light-sensitive layer deposited on the base of a printed circuit board or photographic plate that is further used as a photo original is illuminated by contacting it with the output end of the light guide moving according to a given program. The fiber harness has several input ends, each of which, when light from a source hits it, transmits to the output end a luminous flux of a certain configuration, which is necessary for reproducing image elements. The order and duration of illumination of the input ends of the fiber by the source is carried out at a given npo -MMe. The combination in time of the coordinates of the location of the moving end of the light guide and the illumination of the input end of the light guide transmitting the luminous flux of a certain configuration allows one to reproduce any image element at a point in the photosensitive layer. The drawing shows a General view of the fiber and shows one of the variants of its design. Information about the topology of a printed circuit board, recorded on a program carrier (nanometer, punched tape, or punch card) using a reader (e.g. SP-3 or VU-700) is inserted into a conversion device (e.g., UP-1, UP-5 or UP-7) where the digital code is transformed into voltages supplied to the input of a two-coordinate recording builder (for example, type DRP-3), as well as signals of the synchronous operation of the builder and the contact illumination device are generated. The two-coordinate recording plotter and the contact illumination device are actuators in which the working body, made in the form of a light guide, fixed with its input end on the carriage moving along mutually perpendicular coordinate axes, reproduces a board pattern on the photosensitive layer. The fibers of the fiber, assembled into a single Kryt at the output end, transmitting the light image to the photosensitive layer, at the input end receiving the light notes from the source located in the device of the contact light, are distributed on independent cable harnesses 1-7. The fibers of each of the harnesses are placed on the plane of the output end in the form of certain geometric figures 8, the combination of which allows obtaining an image of any element of the printed wiring board 9 on the photosensitive layer.
The principle used in the method for contacting a light image located on a moving output end of a fiber directly with a photosensitive layer allows, without using any optics, using a standard two-coordinate recording builder, for example
DRP-3, and simple in design attachment to it, get a clear drawing of halos without a halo.
