Description

Изобретение относитс к печам дл нагрева цилиндрических изделий и может быть использовано е металлургической и металлообрабатывающей промышленности дл термообработки изделий. Известна печь дл нагрева нилиидрических изделий, содержаща р д приводных роликов дл передвижени изделий вдоль печи и механизм дл транспортировани изделий поперек печи. Предложенна печь отличаетс от известной тем, что, с целью автоматизации загрузки и выгрузки изделий при одновременном их вращении в процессе термообработки, механизм транспортировани изделий поперек печи выполнен в виде р да установленных на одном валу между приводными роликами дисков с круглыми отверсти ми, расположенными радиально с шагом, соответствующим ос м загрузки н выгрузки. На фиг. 1, 2 и 3 показана предлагаема печь. Печь / дл нагрева изделий 2 содержит загрузоч-ный рольганг 3, вал 4 с дисками 5, разгрузочный рольганг 6. Диски 5 изготовлены из листа, в котором радиально, с определенным щагом, выполнены круглые отверсти . Диски располол ены между роликами загрузочного и разгрузочного рольгангов. Транспортирование изделий осуществл етс следующим образом. При помощи загрузочного рольганга 3 изделие 2 ноступает в печь, одновременно попада в отверстие дисков 5. Диски, поворачива сь на шаг, опускают изделие на ролики рольганга 6, который выдает изделие из печи.
