Отсчитывали 100 штук деток гладиолуса сорта Junosance размером 7-10 мм со средним весом около 20 г и помещали в чашки Петри, в которые прибавл ли по 20 мл водных растворов предлагаемого соединени . Детки выдерживали в чашках Петри в течение одних суток, затем тш;ательно промывали проточной водой и высаживали в открытый грунт.
