Description

The invention relates to heated steam plates for the manufacture of prefabricated parquet by compressing and gluing individual wooden parts. The slab is divided by ribs into compartments in which parquet shields and heating coils are placed; clamping of parquet parts is done with screws.

In the schematic drawing of FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the plate; FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view from above; FIG. 3 is a side view of it.

The parquet is made up of several wooden pieces, which are smeared on the ends with glue and are folded into shields, which are laid in a stove heated by steam. The slab is divided by ribs 10 into several compartments, representing boxes with a grate bottom 7-8, in crossbars 7 of which on the lower side there are recesses 9. In the latter, coils 5 are placed, through which

steam coming through the pipe passing through the sleeve 12 of the gland with the packing 13 of hemp (Fig. 1).

Compression of the parquet parts is carried out between the interfacing 10 plates and clamping screws 1 using nuts 2. The latter are placed in pairs in the corresponding sockets 4 of the projections 3 on the plate (Figs. 2 and 3).
