Description

Известны способы соединени  выводов катушек обмотки статора электрической машины , заключающиес  в последовательном или па1раллельном соединении выводов обмотки катушки между собой путем непосредственной сварки или пайки их и изолировкой надеванием трубочек или обмоткой изолируюш ,ей лентой. Дл  уплотнени  выступаюших концов обмоток (лобовых частей) и их соединений по схеме примен етс  операци  бандажировки , т. е. сшивани  (обв зки) обмоток шнурами или лентами.Methods are known for connecting the leads of a stator winding coil of an electric machine, consisting in sequentially or parallelly connecting the leads of a coil winding to each other by directly welding or soldering them and insulating them with a tube or insulating winding. По предлагаемому способу, снижающему объем ручного труда и расход материалов при одновременном повышении качества и надежности соединени  схемы, на торце статора размещают изол ционные шайбы с отверсти ми , в которые устанавливают перемычки в виде скоб, После чего выводы катушек соедин ют указанными перемычками.According to the proposed method, which reduces the amount of manual labor and the consumption of materials while improving the quality and reliability of the circuit connection, insulating washers with holes are placed on the stator butt, in which jumpers are installed in the form of staples.
