Description
A known method of manufacturing lens rasters is that the material intended to produce a raster is placed on a flat surface and is embossed with a metal stamp having a reverse relief image of the lens raster. The proposed method reduces the time of manufacturing the raster, increases the die stamp resistance and improves the quality of three-dimensional images obtained by superimposing the lenticular raster on raster illustrations. This is achieved by connecting the metal stamp to one of the poles of the installation of high-frequency currents, and the flat surface, which is the front side of the chrome-plated metal plate, to the other. A transparent polymer film, such as polyvinyl chloride, is used as the material intended for the fabrication of a raster. In the case of a lens raster, a substrate with a raster image of the illustrative original is placed directly in the illustrative image between the polymer film and the flat surface. high frequency treatment, placed on a flat surface that represents either the front side of a chrome-plated metal plate, or the front side of the substrate with a raster image of an illustrative original and serves as one of the electrodes of the installation for welding plastic products in the field of high frequency currents. The second electrode is a metal stamp with a reverse relief image of the lenticular screen. When the stamp is lowered onto the workpiece, the latter is deformed under the action of the pressure of the punch, high frequency currents and heating, so in 2-2.5 seconds a high-quality image of the lenticular raster can be obtained with the required resolution and the specified focal length. When there is only a chrome metal plate under the polymer film, the lens raster obtained after embossing is a transparent plate with a smooth mirror surface on one side and a relief image of the lens raster on the other. In the case when between the polymer film and the chrome-plated metal plate there is a substrate with a raster image of the illustrative original, the lenticular raster serves as the top layer of the volumetric image obtained
на данной подложке, прочно соединенным с ней во врем тиснени .on this substrate firmly attached to it during embossing.
По сравнению со способами получени линзовых растров обычным прессованием способ получени линзовых растров в поле токов высокой частоты в дес тки раз снижает удельное давление штампа на пленку во врем тиснени , что значительно сокращает врем изготовлени изделий и уменьшает износ штампа, а также обеспечивает прочное сцепление растра со всей поверхностью иллюстрационного изображени .Compared with the methods of obtaining lens rasters by conventional pressing, the method of obtaining lens rasters in the field of high-frequency currents reduces the specific pressure of the punch on the film ten times during the embossing, which significantly reduces the time of manufacturing products and reduces the wear of the punch the entire surface of the illustrative image.
