DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for stamping and forming a metal plate, and is a method for stamping and forming a metal plate, which imparts an uneven pattern to a metal plate such as a copper plate, a tin plate, or a galvanized plate used as a roofing plate, for example. It is about the method.

Conventionally, an uneven pattern is directly engraved on the surface of a layer of rolls made of a hard material such as metal, and these rolls are combined and a metal plate to be processed is passed between them to form an uneven pattern on the surface of the metal plate. It is well known that the formation of

本発明の実施例を説明すると次の通りである。
In this case, since irregularities are carved on the layer surface of the roll,
The price of the roll itself is expensive, and unless a considerable amount of metal sheets are embossed, the price of the embossed metal sheet itself will rise relatively, making it impractical to use it in practice for small quantities. It was difficult. It has also been attempted to use two parallel rolls, one of which is a rubber roll and the other a hard roll, and a concavo-convex mold and a metal plate are passed together between them (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 52-37545 Publication No.).
However, experimental results show that not only is it not possible to obtain a very clear embossed state, but the rubber roll itself is expensive and wears out rapidly, resulting in high running costs. The surface of the metal plate was sometimes damaged due to contact and pressure against the plate. Therefore, the present invention was created in view of the existing points as described above, and it is possible to form a metal plate by passing a template and a metal plate to be formed together between rolls arranged in parallel. In the embossing molding method where unevenness is formed on part or the entire surface,
The mold plate with a hole-shaped or concave molded part formed thereon and the metal plate, which has a rubber plate attached to both sides to form the shape of a plastic mold, are passed together between rolls, and the rubber is pressed while being pressed by the rolls. By moving the plate or metal plate into the molding section and forming unevenness on the metal plate, the drawbacks of the conventional method have been successfully overcome. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, between two rolls 1 arranged side by side, a template 2, a thin metal plate 6 such as a copper plate, a tin plate, or a galvanized plate to be formed, and the metal plate 6. It is attached on both sides to form a sandwich shape, and the shape can be changed.
A substance that does not change in volume, that is, the rubber plate 4 is passed together in a superimposed state.

The mold plate 2 is formed with a hole-shaped or recess-shaped mold forming part 3 corresponding to the uneven pattern to be formed on the metal plate 6, and by pressing between the rolls 1, the rubber plate male metal Board 6
is moved into the molding part 3 of the template 2 to form irregularities in a predetermined pattern on the metal plate 6.

In FIG. 2, templates 2 are placed on both sides of the metal plate 6,
The rubber plate 4 and the template 2 are sandwiched together and passed between the rolls 1, whereby an uneven pattern is formed on both the front and back sides of the metal plate 6.

In the case of FIG. 3, when the template 2, rubber plate and metal plate 6 are passed between the rolls 1, a pair of rigid templates 5 made of a metal plate, for example, are arranged to sandwich them. It was equipped.

By doing so, it is possible to increase the amount of protrusion of the uneven pattern, etc., and to make the protrusion state even clearer. In addition,
In any of the embodiments, when the template 2 is made endless, the molding part 3 formed on the template 2 can be used repeatedly, and if the metal plate 6 to be processed is long, e.g. Even if it is coil-wound, it can be processed seamlessly.

Furthermore, since the entire circumference of the template 2 is larger than the outer circumference of the roll 1, the gap in which the same pattern etc. appears repeatedly becomes longer, increasing the rarity of the embossing process. Moreover, it is possible to make the processed metal plate 6 more expensive. It is also possible to arrange a plurality of rows of rolls 1 arranged side by side and facing each other, and to pass the mold plate 2, the rubber plate and the metal plate 6, and further the mold table 5 between them. By repeating the embossing multiple times, it is possible to obtain an embossing pattern that is clearer and has a larger amount of unevenness (not shown).

Therefore, according to the present invention, the mold plate 2 is formed with a molded part 3 in the form of a hole or a depression, and a rubber plate 4 is attached to both sides of the molded part 3 to form a sandwich shape. metal plate 6
are overlapped and passed between the rolls 1 and pressure is applied, so the rubber plate 4 is strongly pressed around the molding part 3, and the rubber plate 4 deforms and moves in the direction of the molding part 3.
As a result, the metal plate 6 is inserted into the molded part 3 and is greatly compressed, thereby increasing the amount of deformation in this part and making the ring of deformation clear.

At this time, the metal plate 6 has a sandwich shape with rubber plates 4 attached to both sides thereof, and when the metal plate 6 is inserted into the molding part 3 of the template 2, the comb plate 4 is molded. Since it is interposed on the inner circumferential edge of the portion 3, the surface of the metal plate 6 is not damaged, and a beautiful and attractive uneven pattern can be formed.

Moreover, the rubber plate 4 is attached to both sides of the metal plate 6,
The compression by the roll 1 causes the comb plate 4 between the metal plate 6 and the roll 1 to deform and move to emboss the metal plate 6. In this way, the roll 1 directly presses the metal plate 6. Non-contact also helps prevent damage to the surface of the metal plate 6. Furthermore, the rubber plate 4 may be in the form of a normal plate and does not need to be in the form of a roll as in the past, so it is inexpensive and easy to replace even if it wears out through repeated use. This can greatly reduce running costs. As explained above, according to the present invention, an extremely clear image can be drawn compared to the conventional case where a mold material and a metal plate as a workpiece material are passed between a metal roll and a rubber roll and embossing is performed. However, the ring portion can also be made sharper, and this provides an excellent effect, such as making it possible to emboss a clear pattern even when the unevenness is thin, such as a letter.
