Description
The proposed steam boiler using solar heat consists of two water tube sections, formed, each, from a collector and a dry greenhouse, connected by tubes placed between the mirrors, which reflect the sunbeams passing between the tubes onto their surface, and the plane of symmetry of the whole of the installation coincides with the meridional plane, and the plane of both sections, makes an angle with the vertical close to the geographical latitude of the terrain.
In FIG. 1 is a side view of a steam boiler; FIG. 2 is the same, its front view; FIG. 3 is a cross-section of the tubes section.
The steam boiler consists of two identical, symmetrically arranged water sections, of which each comprises a lower manifold / liquid, an upper suction chamber 2 and a series of tubes 3 connecting the suction pair with the collector 3. A specific feature of connecting the tubes 3 to the manifold / and the suction pair 2 consists in that while the collector and the dry steam house are located horizontally and their axes are directed from south to north, the tubes are fitted into the drums not at a right angle to their axes, but sharply so that the plane drawn through the axes of two mmetrichnyh tubes both sections, perpendicular to the plane meridionginoy item is installed and the vertical angle close to latitude areas. As a consequence, for the better strengthening of the tubes, the collector / and the sukhoparnik 2 have 3 serrated sawtooth tides 4, and as with the indicated arrangement of the tubes, the sun at all positions illuminates their outer surface with a slight deviation in one or the other direction, then placed between the tubes and along them are flat mirrors 5, forming harmonic dihedral angles, or mirrors with a curved surface reflecting the sun’s rays 6, passing between the tubes, onto the surface of these latter, increasing the amount of solar heat produced cuttings from the beams directly incident on them (Fig. 3). In order to avoid heat loss, the mirrors 5 are covered with non-heat-conducting insulation 7 from the shadow side facing the inside of the sections 7. Both sections are set obliquely and lean against each other by suction steamers so that the surface of the tubes illuminated by the sun is more or less the same as at sunrise and sunset and noon. The collectors rest on the foundations S, and the dry heads 2 are supported by a common bracket 9 supported by a column 10 mounted on foundation II. The liquid from the condenser is pumped through the tube 12, which has a shut-off valve 13 and, when opening the valves 14, passes through pipes 15 to the collectors /. If it is necessary to drain the liquid or the dirt, the valves 13 and 14 are closed, but etile 6 is opened, and the liquid is removed.
Пред;мет изобретени .from the system through the tube 17. The vaporized liquid in the tubes 3 enters the dry steam tanks 2 and from them through the steam lines 18 through the valves 19 goes through the tee to the common for: 5 both sections the steam line 20 with the stop valve 2 /, sent to the turbine , and from it into the surface condenser, from where the pump re-enters the pipe / 2, making a closed loop. The liquid for collectors is ammonia, but the possibility of using other easily boiling liquids, such as sulfurous anhydride, ammonia, carbonic acid, methyl chloride, ethyl chloride, etc., is presumed. Meth invention.
