In the proposed sectional boiler for water heating, by using horizontal longitudinal smoke exhausts over the firebox and the same chimneys, the ash pan is meant to achieve an extension of the gas path within the boiler, in order to make fuller use of them

The boiler consists of vertical sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Fig. 2) interconnected by pipe segments, and in the upper part of the boiler the cavity between the water parts of the sections form four longitudinal horizontal smoke exhausts 10.10, 11.11 (fig. 1), and in the lower part of the boiler under the ashpit, two horizontal longitudinal chimneys 10.10 in communication with the chimney.

cleaning of the lower horizontal chimney 10.10 from soot and soot. Combustion products, obtained from burning fuel grates 6, through section 5 (Fig. 5), which do not have a roof over the firebox, enter the upper middle smokes 10.10, which pass to the inner wall of section 1 and turn into side smokes 11 , 11, the passage through which is divided into a series of equal parallel streams descending through intersection channels. Upon leaving the latter, separate. Parallel streams of combustion products merge into two common streams, going through the lower smoke: passages 1.0, 10 into the chimney.
