Description

By means of the proposed furnace for annealing glass products, it is intended to achieve a heat distribution that provides good annealing, reduced fuel consumption, as well as a heating time of the furnace and making it possible to regulate the furnace mode during heating, operation and cooling.

The furnace consists of a landing chamber 1 (Figs. 1-3) serving as a burning chamber, filled with a nozzle of caged bricks 3 and provided with openings 2 for supplying and regulating air; the gas enters the chamber 1 through the valve 18 (Fig. 3). In order to preheat the furnace hearth and to create, together with direct, overturned cable, the furnace is equipped with two kinds of departures: 1) departures 15 located below the vault (Fig. 4) with regulators 14 separating them from pipe 12, and 2) exhaust subsurface channels 9 (Figs. 1, 2) located in the hearth of the furnace and communicated with the furnace space through the longitudinally cutting openings under the pockets 7 and the slits 8. The channels 9 have gas spouts 10 for uniform operation of the slits 8 and are connected to the common boron 11 going into the pipe with a 13j regulator, controlling the straight line and tilting the rods. Under the roof of the furnace, at the front wall are three stoppers 16 for cooling the furnace (Fig. 6).
