Description

Изобретение касаетс устройств дл варки плодов и овощей, состо щих,из герметической камеры с много русным транспортером и змеевиком. В предлагаемом устройстве применен отделенный от камеры фильтром приемный котел с мешалкой предназначаемый дл приема соков из камеры, а также дл смешени и сгущени их и снабженный трубами к насосу дл создани вакуума. С целью обращени пульпы в пюре, предусмотрено протирающее приспособление со шнеком.The invention relates to devices for cooking fruits and vegetables, consisting of a hermetic chamber with a multi brown conveyor and a coil. Устройство (фиг. 1) состоит из герметич ски закрываемой камеры а в виде двустенного металлического параллелепипеда , укрепленного на жесткой металлической станине с, с проход щими внутри него паровыми и вод ными трубами Ь. Вместо дна, в камере а приделан приемный котел d с мешалкой р дл приема жидкости (соков) из камеры а и смешени и сгущени этих соков. Котел а снабжен трубами д к насосу дл создани вакуума. С правой стороны , внизу устройства, параллельно приемному котлу d спускаетс вертикальное суживающеес горло е, а перпендикул рно к нему идет горизонтальна труба /, снабженна протирающим приспособлением i со шнеком g, служащим дл обращени пульпы в пюре, выводимое затем в закрытый бак у. Бокова стенка камеры а снабжена герметической- дверцей « с теплоизолирующей прокладкой. С краю, наверху и внизу камеры а, с противоположных сторон, имекзтс отверсти /, над которыми к камере наглухо приделаны кожухи двух лабиринтов m с герметическими крышками п. Дл удобства чистки лабиринты могут быть выдвинуты в стороны через круглую сторону кожухов. В последних имеютс отверсти дл нагрузки и разгрузки устройства. В нижней части камеры а проходит змеевик s дл пара, подаваемого через трубу г; дл подачи же пара или воды в междустенные трубы 6 предназначена труба t.
