Обычно примен емые дерев нные погон лки , вальки и кожаные гонки на ткацких станках требуют частого ремонта , поэтому замена их прочной металлической конструкцией, предлагаемой автором, должна значительно сократить расходы по ремонту и увеличит производительность станка.Commonly used wooden sweaters, rollers and leather weaving looms require frequent repairs, so replacing them with a solid metal structure offered by the author should significantly reduce repair costs and increase machine productivity.

На проступном среднем валу 1 ткацкого станка насажен эксцентрик 5, на поверхность которого нажимает ролик 3 коленчатого рычага 4, сид щего на оси 6, укрепленной во втулке 7, привернутой к наружной стороне станины 8 ткацкого станка. Ось 6 проходит внутрь станка, где на конце ее закреплен рычаг 9, наход щийс под действием спиральной пружины 10, прижимающей ролик 3 к эксцентрику. Горизонтальное плечо рычага 4 заканчиваетс шарниром 12, 13 со стержнем 14, за который закрепл етс пшур, ремень или цепочка о, перекинута чрез ролик 15 пружинной погон лки. Пружинна погон лка врезана в колоду батана под челночной коробкой и состоит , фиг. 2, из коробки 18 с ползуном 17, наход щимс под действием сильной спиральной пружины 19, укрепленной одним концом неподвижно при помощи болта 20, а другим концом скрепленной с ползуном 17 при помощи болта 16, к концу которого прикрепл етс щнур, ремень или цепочка 5, св занна с коленчатым рычагом 4. Болты 16 и 20 служат дл регулировки степени нат жени боевой пружины 19. Сверх ползуна 17 имеетс палец, вход щий в челночную коробку станка и служащий дл передачи удара пружины челноку 21. В части, которой палец соприкасаетс при ударе с челноком, закладываетс кожа 22. На фиг. 1-2 показан момент , когда эксцентрик, вращающийс обратно часовой стрелке, взвел пружину 19 при срыве ролика 3 с выступа эксцентрика, пружина 19 резко сжимаетс , передава удар челноку 21 при помощи пальца ползуна 17 челнок прокидываетс через зев основы в противоположную сторону станка, где подвергаетс действию подобно О же приспособлени в обратном направлении.On the simple middle shaft 1 of the weaving machine, an eccentric 5 is mounted, on the surface of which a roller 3 of a crank lever 4, which sits on an axle 6, is fastened in a sleeve 7 and is screwed to the outside of the weaving machine bed 8.
