Description
тени толщины металлических покрытий, заключающийс в том, что на очищенную поверхность покрыти нанос т капл ми растворитель до обнал ени основного металла (или промежуточного сло ) и по числу капель определ ют толщину покрыти , отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени точности определени толщины покрыти , используют растворитель, образующий с покрытием защитную пленку определенной толщины , которую затем удал ют пленкорастворителем , повтор эти приемы до обнажени основного металла (или промежуточного сло ).A known method for determining the thickness of metal coatings is that a solvent is dropped onto the cleaned surface of the coating before the base metal (or intermediate layer) is exposed and the thickness of the coating is determined by the number of drops. According to the proposed method, in contrast to the known method, a solvent is used which forms a protective film with a coating of a certain thickness, which is then removed by a film solvent, repeating the techniques until the base metal (or intermediate layer) is exposed, which improves the accuracy of the coating thickness. The method is as follows. After cleaning the surface of the coating, the thickness of which is determined, a drop of film-forming solution is applied to it, destroying the surface to a strictly defined depth due to the formation of a locking film, which prevents further penetration of the film-forming solution into the depth. After holding the drop on the product for about half a minute, it is removed with filter paper or cotton. Then, with a cotton swab moistened in a film-removing solution, remove the formed film and wipe the place of detection dry with filter paper. A new drop of film-forming solution is applied to the same place and the same operations are repeated alternately until the entire base metal is exposed. The general thickness of the coating is determined by the number of films removed prior to exposure of the base metal, taking into account their average tollopdin, constant for each composition of the film-forming solution and the metal of the coating. The subject of the invention is a method for determining the thickness of metal coatings, which consists in dropping a solvent onto a cleaned surface of the coating until the base metal (or intermediate layer) is found and determining the thickness of the coating by the number of drops, characterized in that increase the accuracy of determining the thickness of the coating; use a solvent that forms a protective film with a coating of a certain thickness, which is then removed by the film solvent; repeat these techniques until the base metal is exposed (or diate layer).
