Abstract

FIELD: plants for marking-out and centering crystals.SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes optical unit, lens system, contour network and crystal orientation mechanism. Proposed plant is also provided with unit for application of lines of treatment on diamond; this unit has laser set with orifice plate under which beam-splitting mirror is mounted. Lens unit has holes for passing of beam on surface of crystal and focusing objective. Lens system is located on both sides of laser beam; optical unit is mounted on one side of laser and movable contour network is mounted on other side; network is mounted on manipulator kinematically linked with another manipulator carrying the crystal orientation mechanism. Both manipulators ensure joint and separate motion of network and orientation mechanism. Network is detachable.EFFECT: saving of raw material; monitoring of optimal sizes of crystal cutting.2 cl, 3 dwg
