Abstract
FIELD: laser technology. SUBSTANCE: converters of frequency of basic radiation to second and third harmonics are located inside laser resonator. Unit matching beams of basic radiation and of second harmonic is mounted at input of converter of frequency to third harmonic. Optical coupling of matching unit with converters is conducted through dichroic mirrors of laser resonator. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of conversion of basic radiation to third harmonic radiation. 1 dwg
