Abstract

FIELD: materials handling and transportation. SUBSTANCE: drive has traction sprocket 1 connected with motor 2 through reduction gear 3. The latter has gear trains and equalizing mechanism made in form of wheels 11 and 12 with lantern wheel gearing 13. Centroides of wheels 11 and 12 are made with variable radius and momentary ratio proportional to ratio of their radii. Equalizing mechanism is located on last stage of reduction gear 3. Gear ratio of equalizing mechanism is equal to number of teeth of traction sprocket 1. With drive operating, transmitted to traction sprocket are speed variations equal in value and opposite in phase to speed variations of chain traction member 15. Wheels 11 and 12 of equalizing mechanism play part of last stage of reduction gear 3. EFFECT: reduced metal usage in manufacture of reduction gear. 4 dwg
