Предлагаемый цепной вод ной двигатель предназначаетс  дл  привода разных машин и имеет целью возможность применени  его под водой, без устройства плотин, во всех реках, как зимой, так и летом.The proposed chain water engine is intended to drive different machines and is designed to be used under water, without damming, in all rivers, both in winter and in summer.

Дл  установки двигател  избираетс  более глубокое место реки и в прибрежной части делаютс  выемки соответственно рабочим лопастным колесам. В двух местах устанавливаютс  столбы А с трубами 3 дл  враш.ени  на П1ариках рабочих колес О и Яс цепью X и шестерни Л передающей работу дальше на приводимую вод ным двигателем машину. Между сцепными рабочими колесами надеваетс  на трубу 5 воздушный кольцевой резервуар Р, который служит дл  у.меньшени  давлени  от двигател  на опорные части. Дл  дополнительного притока в резервуар Р (и.ти выпуска из него) воздуха на который вли ет мен ю1ла с  темпера тура окружающей его воды, делаютс  в боковой стенке резервуара, по его окружности, близ обода верхнего рабочего колеса О, отверсти , к кра м которых прикрепл ютс  герметически резиновые С (эти мешки прижимаютс , кроме того, плотно железным кольцом). Дл  уменьшени  плавучести резервуаров Р, в них можно накачивать воду через трубку У, котора  закрываетс  винтовой пробкой Г и укреплена в крышке резервуара Р. Дл  того, чтобы вода направл лась на рабочие лопасти Ш двигател , устанавливаетс  труба /Д, в которой могут свободно проходить в их развернутом виде лопасти двигател . К трубе Щ прикреплены сверху, снизу и сбоку, со стороны реки, редкие решетки, к остову которых приделаны лопасти Ъ, которыми вода направл етс  на рабочие лопасти Ш двигател .
