Abstract

FIELD: instrumentation engineering, spectrophotometry. SUBSTANCE: device has a laser, a nonlinear optical parametric frequency converter with an overlapping mask, and a former of two optical channels each of which is provided with a bearing member for mounting the photodetector to be tested, the bearing member has its output connected to a counter via an amplifier, in between amplifier outputs is interposed a comparison circuit with a counter, the channel former is built up of an axicon and a deflecting mirror. The axis of axicon is aligned with that of the laser radiation beam. The deflecting mirror connects the central part of the axicon with the input of the bearing member; the peripheral part of the axicon is connected optically to the input of the bearing member.
