Description
The invention relates to the textile industry, specifically to methods for preparing a composition for smoothing cotton yarn.
There is a known method of preparing starch dressing by mixing the ingredients and hydrodynamic cavitation of the mixture.
The disadvantage of this method is the inadequate splitting of starch, which leads to the additional use of large contents of harmful chemical decomposition agents (caustic soda and chloramine). This, in turn, lengthens and increases the cost of the preparation cycle of dressing.
There is also known a method for preparing starch dressing by mixing the ingredients and repeatedly driving the mixture through acoustic tubes.
The disadvantage of this method is the inadequate splitting of starch, which also requires the use of significant quantities of chemical cleavers, as well as the relatively small intensity of the process of preparing the dressing.
The prototype of the proposed method is the method of preparing the dressing, which includes mixing the starch with water heated to 25-30 ° C, heating the resulting mixture with an intensity of 10-12 ° C / min to 80 ° C85 ° C with simultaneous multiple repetition of processing cycles, in which the mixture is subjected successively in one cycle of low-frequency hydrodynamic cavitation at a frequency of 0.1-0.2 kHz, filtering and high-frequency acoustic cavitation at a frequency of 8-10 kHz, followed by repeating the indicated processing cycle

смеси при 80-85° С в течение 10-15 мин, причем за 3-5 мин до окончани процесса в смесь добавл ют подсолнечное масло в количестве 0,5% от веса крахмала.mixtures at 80-85 ° C for 10-15 minutes, and for 3-5 minutes before the end of the process, sunflower oil is added to the mixture in an amount of 0.5% by weight of starch.
The advantage of this method is the complete absence of chemical splitting agents, which improves the ecological environment in the weaving industry. However, hydrodynamic cavitation is used for this purpose, which is one of the most energy-intensive methods of the preparation of dressing. In addition, the time of hydrodynamic and acoustic treatment is relatively long, which significantly increases the cost of the preparation of the dressing. Finally, the percentage of starch cleavage is not high enough, which reduces the quality of the prepared dressing.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method of preparation of dressing by mixing starch with water having a temperature of 25-30 ° C. Heating the starch suspension with an intensity of 10-12 ° C / min to 80-85 ° C, ultrasound treatment with a frequency of 8-10 kHz in cavitation mode, stabilization of the viscosity of starch paste at 80-85 ° C for 10-15 minutes with addition of 3-5% of the starch mass, according to the invention, 3-5 minutes before the end of the vegetable oil process, heating the starch suspension start after 3-5 minutes of mixing edge small water while introducing additional monochloramine in an amount of 0.01-0.02% by weight of starch, and sonication carried out only at the stage of stabilizing the viscosity of starch paste at a constant temperature.
The proposed method allows to improve the quality of dressing and processed yarn by increasing the percentage of starch cleavage; reduce the cost of preparation of dressing by 40-60% by eliminating hydrodynamic cavitation and reducing the time of application of ultrasonic treatment.
At the same time, the use of harmful chemical breakers due to small amounts does not complicate the ecology of preparation of dressing.
The method is carried out as follows.

DK ± 4,3; , 2; D0 ± 0.03. As can be seen from the table, the advantage 15 of the proposed method compared to the prototype lies in higher quality indicators of the prepared dressing and processed yarn, in shorter times of operation of the acoustic apparatus, and most importantly, in eliminating the need for hydrodynamic cavitation, one of the most energy-intensive methods of preparation of dressing. The achievement of the latter is explained, apparently, by the joint use of chemical and ultrasonic cleavage of starch. An increase in the content of monochloro in more than 0.001 wt.% Is inexpedient, since it does not lead to a further improvement in quality indicators.
The table shows that the best indicators of yarn quality and dressing are achieved at t0 25-30 ° C; m 10-12 degrees / min; 35 T.KS 80-85 ° C; Gnp 3-5 min; Gsv 10-15 min; fA 8-10kHz.
